PRACTICAL AI ADOPTION

Find useful work. Put it into production. Keep it working.

ProIncident helps Houston businesses find practical uses for AI, put a defined use case into production and support the work as it becomes part of everyday operations. AI Adoption Review, AI Launch and Managed AI connect those steps within an ongoing managed relationship.

Start with the work your people already know

The best starting point is a task someone can explain: what starts it, what information it needs, who handles it and what a useful result looks like. Repeated document preparation, sorting incoming information or preparing material for review may be worth discussing. These are possibilities to evaluate against your business, not reasons to buy another tool.

Bring the people who do the work into the conversation. They know the exceptions, missing information and judgment calls that a demonstration can overlook. A useful AI opportunity should make sense to them as well as to the person approving the investment.

1. AI Adoption Review — $3,500*

Decide what is worth doing. We look at the work, the information involved, the people responsible, and the practical risks so you can choose a useful first opportunity instead of buying another tool on a hunch.

Start with the outcome you want. Perhaps a team spends too much time preparing material before it can make a decision, or the same information gets handled repeatedly. Understanding the current process helps separate a worthwhile opportunity from an interesting experiment. It also gives the next stage a clearer purpose.

2. AI Launch — $7,500+*

Build the first one. Take one clearly defined business use case from an approved idea to a working production workflow, with the people, information, review steps, testing, training, and governance needed to use it responsibly.

The base engagement is one defined workflow. Large integrations, custom applications, major data work, or additional workflows are scoped separately.

3. Managed AI — $2,500+/month*

Keep it working and improving. Managed AI provides ongoing support, governance, user guidance, troubleshooting, and minor optimization for up to 3 standard managed workflows.

Managed AI provides an ongoing relationship around the agreed workflows. Support, user guidance and minor improvements sit alongside practical governance. New systems, major workflows and substantial integrations are separately scoped so the relationship can grow with a clear understanding of the work involved.

*Software licenses, cloud usage, and other third-party charges are additional unless expressly included in your proposal.

A relationship that fits the responsibility

Fully Managed IT is ProIncident’s primary service for Houston-area businesses with 10–150 users. Cybersecurity and baseline AI governance are included in the standard managed service. Further AI adoption gives clients a way to develop useful business applications when the opportunity is right.

Managed AI can also be a recurring relationship of its own. You can work with ProIncident on agreed AI workflows while keeping your existing IT arrangements. AI Adoption Review and AI Launch are steps within or toward that ongoing relationship, with responsibility extending beyond the initial idea.

Frequently asked questions

Where should we start if we have several AI ideas?

Start with the work that matters most to the business and the people who understand it. Discuss the intended outcome, available information and review needs before choosing a first use case.

Do we need Fully Managed IT to use Managed AI?

No. Managed AI can be its own recurring managed relationship, with scope centered on the workflows and responsibilities ProIncident manages.

Is AI adoption included in Fully Managed IT?

Baseline AI governance is included in Fully Managed IT: basic acceptable-use guidance, approved-tool and data-handling expectations, and help identifying obvious risky or unapproved use. Workflow discovery, implementation, AI Launch, and Managed AI are separate scopes.
