When a customer, partner, insurer, or auditor asks how your technology is protected, we help you address the technical requirements and provide the evidence behind your answers. This work belongs within an ongoing ProIncident managed relationship.
Start with the actual request in front of you. What is the customer trying to verify, which part of your business are they reviewing, and when do they need the answer? ProIncident helps active managed clients sort the technical questions from the business commitments.
Send us the questionnaire, the deadline, and any instructions from the customer. There is no separate ProIncident form to find—we work from the request you received.
We help identify what the question applies to—accounts, devices, email, data, recovery, a specific application, or a particular customer relationship—so the answer describes the environment you actually have.
If a question asks the business to make a contractual, legal, insurance, or policy commitment, the right person on your side still owns that decision. We provide the technical facts and evidence behind it.
A clear review distinguishes:
An answer should not imply a certification, policy or capability the business does not have.
Some questions ask for a description, while others ask for a supporting document or a commitment. Those are different kinds of answers. A technical fact can be verified against the environment; a business commitment needs the appropriate person in your company to review it.
A useful response also has a clear boundary. If a question covers a particular application or set of users, make that scope understandable. If a requirement introduces work beyond the current setup, bring the change back to management as a decision rather than folding it into an unsupported answer.
ProIncident’s standard managed service includes cybersecurity within the wider technology relationship. That continuity provides a practical starting point for understanding the environment, answering technical questions and identifying evidence.
Treat the questionnaire as part of the relationship with your customer as well. They may need clarification about an answer, a different form of evidence or confirmation of how a requirement applies. Your business owns its commitments to the customer; we help with the technology information behind them.
Keep a record of the final answers and the environment they describe. When another request arrives, that history is useful background, but the current wording and current setup still need review. Employee changes, a new application or a different customer scope can make an earlier answer incomplete.
Only where the questions, scope and current facts match. Different customers may ask about different systems or requirements.
No. A questionnaire describes information requested by a customer; it does not itself create a certification.
ProIncident is focused on ongoing managed relationships. Discuss questionnaire needs within that relationship.
Separate clarification from a proposed change. Establish what the customer requires and why, then discuss the technology work, business responsibilities and any additional scope before committing to an answer.
Share the questionnaire, customer context and deadline. We’ll discuss which answers need technical evidence and which questions need a business decision.
