Managed IT Services — The Foundation Everything Runs On
For two decades, businesses have trusted ProIncident to keep their technology running: proactive monitoring, responsive helpdesk, hardened security, and straight answers. It's the operational discipline our AI practice is built on — and it stands entirely on its own.
What's included
How your environment matures
Managed coverage keeps your environment running — it isn't a quiet promise to rebuild one. Where the assessment or onboarding surfaces missing or immature technology positions — an untested backup, a flat network, aging identity controls — each gap goes onto a quarterly technology roadmap, prioritized by risk and business impact.
Roadmap items are closed through fixed-fee remediation projects, scoped in writing before work begins. You always know what the monthly fee covers, what's a project, and why it's sequenced when it is — deliberate maturation over quarters, not a rebuild buried in the monthly bill.
What's not included
A competitive monthly rate covers managing your environment — it doesn't transfer ownership of it. The distinction matters, so here it is in plain terms:
That last line isn't fine print — it's the methodology. When we take on a client, we discover what the business actually needs, quote it in security-and-reliability priority order, and put remediation projects in place to mature the environment quarter over quarter. The monthly fee keeps it running; the roadmap makes it better; you always know which is which.
How we work
Three phases, one discipline — the same model behind every managed IT engagement we run.
The 30-day transition: full inventory and documentation, security and backup verification, and a named point of contact from day one. The noise stops before the roadmap starts.
Run-state discipline: helpdesk, monitoring, patching, and vendor management delivered against a written scope — measured response, honest reporting, and a flat fee that means what it says.
The quarterly roadmap: missing and immature technology positions quoted as fixed-fee projects, prioritized by security and reliability, and closed quarter after quarter.
Pricing
Full environment inventory, security and backup snapshot, a prioritized gap list, and a flat monthly quote for managed coverage — delivered in days, not weeks.
Helpdesk, monitoring, patching, lifecycle planning, vendor management, and the security baseline — flat monthly fee, scoped in writing. Environment remediation is scoped and billed separately as project work.
A named executive point of contact: technology strategy, budget planning, vendor negotiations, and leadership-level reporting on top of managed coverage.
Security is not an add-on
Security is built into every layer of our managed services — and expands into a full practice when you need it: managed cybersecurity for monitoring, response, and compliance, and vCISO services when you need executive security leadership without the full-time cost.
Cloud done right
Microsoft 365 administration, migration, and license right-sizing live in our Cloud & Microsoft 365 practice — the platform layer most of your future AI value will run on.
Support wherever your people are
Our support model is remote-first and built for distributed workforces: multi-site coverage, home-office users, and field teams get the same response standard as headquarters. Onsite dispatch is available where hands are genuinely required.
Your infrastructure is where readiness starts — identity, access, data, and security posture are half the assessment scorecard. Managed IT clients begin an AI conversation with most of the evidence already collected.
