HOUSTON MANAGED IT

Houston-based IT. A relationship built around your business.

ProIncident provides Fully Managed IT for Greater Houston businesses with 10–150 users. We look after everyday support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and the wider technology environment through an ongoing relationship with your business.

Know the people responsible for your technology

You want an IT team that remembers how your company works. Who needs access before a new employee starts. Which system matters when a customer is waiting. Which vendor to involve when the problem crosses company lines.

ProIncident combines personal service with the structure of a managed services team. We stay involved when things go wrong, coordinate the people needed to solve the problem and remain accountable through resolution. For clients with a dedicated ProIncident team member, a call, email or text reaches someone who knows their business.

A Houston home base, with your whole business in view

Our office is at 6711 N Sam Houston Pkwy W, Ste O, Houston, TX 77064. Greater Houston is our home market, including Cypress, Katy and The Woodlands. Those are areas we serve from our Houston base.

Your employees may work in more than one place. We support existing clients’ remote staff, offices, warehouses and other locations across the U.S. The starting point is your business and the systems its people share. Discuss on-site requirements for each location when defining the relationship.

Make the scope understandable before you choose

Fully Managed IT brings everyday employee support together with account administration, monitoring, maintenance, cybersecurity and vendor coordination. It also includes technology planning, lifecycle guidance and regular business and technology reviews.

Standard Microsoft 365 administration is included. Advanced requirements may need additional scope. Ask for a clear explanation of licensing, projects and any other separately scoped work so you can compare proposals on the same basis.

Office moves, networks, Wi-Fi, conferencing, cameras, access control and migrations can be planned within an active managed relationship. Projects are only for active managed clients. AI Adoption is also available through an ongoing relationship when there is a useful business need.

Use local planning to ask better recovery questions

Houston’s Office of Emergency Management provides preparedness guidance and emergency-alert information. Include official local information in your business planning, alongside the technology questions your team needs answered.

If employees cannot reach the office, what work can continue? Which accounts and files would they need? Who can authorize recovery work, and how would the team contact that person if company email were unavailable? Bring those questions into the IT conversation. A backup, an internet connection and a staff communication plan solve different parts of an interruption.

Find the right place to start

Use our Cypress, Katy and The Woodlands pages for location-specific planning questions. The Fully Managed IT page explains the core service; the Switching page explains how we organize a transition.

For a first conversation, bring your user count, locations, current provider arrangement and the concerns you want addressed. There is no need to diagnose the technology before you talk to us.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have offices in each area you serve?

Our office is in Houston at 6711 N Sam Houston Pkwy W, Ste O, Houston, TX 77064. Cypress, Katy and The Woodlands are service areas, not additional office locations.

Where can we compare costs?
