THE WOODLANDS MANAGED IT

IT support for The Woodlands, built on an ongoing relationship.

ProIncident provides Fully Managed IT for businesses in The Woodlands with 10–150 users. We bring employee support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 administration and technology planning together, with people who take responsibility for the wider environment.

Make the relationship part of the decision

You should not have to explain the company from scratch whenever someone needs help. The systems matter, but so do the people using them and the work they need to finish.

ProIncident combines personal service with a managed team’s depth and structure. We stay involved when an issue gets complicated and coordinate the vendors needed to resolve it. Some clients have a dedicated ProIncident team member they can call, email or text directly. The working arrangement is defined as part of the relationship.

Manage the environment as a whole

Everyday help, new-hire setup, departing-employee access and Microsoft 365 administration sit alongside monitoring, maintenance and cybersecurity. Technology planning and regular business and technology reviews help connect those responsibilities to upcoming business decisions.

Standard Microsoft 365 administration is included. Advanced requirements may need additional scope; licensing and project costs should be clear in your proposal. For customer security questionnaires or insurance-readiness questions, discuss the technical information and evidence your business needs.

Our office is at 6711 N Sam Houston Pkwy W, Ste O, Houston, TX 77064. We serve The Woodlands from our Houston base. Existing clients’ remote employees and other U.S. locations can be included in the managed relationship, with on-site arrangements discussed for each location.

Connect office technology changes to property responsibilities

If you are changing an office in The Woodlands, start by separating everyday IT administration from work that changes the property. A new employee account and a proposed exterior camera installation involve different people and approvals.

The Township publishes commercial planning and design standards, including a review process for exterior improvements. Confirm the requirements for your proposed work with the property manager and the appropriate authority before installation.

For your technology plan, record:

  • Which equipment and connections belong to your business, the landlord or another provider.
  • Who can approve physical changes and contractor access.
  • Which shared building systems need to be considered when changing networks, cameras or access control.
  • Who will administer the finished system and retain the documentation.

This makes the handoffs visible before work starts. It also helps you ask a better question than simply whether an IT provider can install a piece of equipment.

Keep responsibility after the change is finished

ProIncident provides projects for active managed clients, including networks, Wi-Fi, cabling, conferencing and AV, cameras, access control and migrations. Scope is agreed around the actual environment and the responsibilities involved.

For a business switching IT providers, onboarding starts with documenting the environment and planning the transition. We coordinate access and vendor handoffs, review security and backups, establish management and stabilize ongoing operations.

If AI is on your agenda, we can also discuss useful business applications and an ongoing relationship to support them. The first conversation can focus on whatever is most pressing for your team today.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a ProIncident office in The Woodlands?

Our office is in Houston. The Woodlands is a service area, not a separate office location. Tell us about any on-site needs so the arrangements are clear.

Can you manage IT in a leased office?

Discuss your business systems, shared building services and landlord responsibilities with us. The scope needs to identify what we manage and what remains with the property or another vendor.

Do your projects include building permission?

Property approvals need a named owner in the project plan. Confirm the requirements with your property manager and the appropriate authority, then agree who will obtain any permission before installation.

What should we bring to an introductory call?

Your user count, locations, current IT arrangement and the problems or changes you want help with. If a property project is planned, include its scope and the people already involved.

Looking for a technology partner who takes responsibility?

If you want an ongoing relationship with a team that knows your business and stays accountable for its technology, let's talk.
