SECURITY CONCERN? START HERE

Security concern? Move to the front of the line.

If something about your business technology doesn’t feel right, ProIncident can prioritize your onboarding into Fully Managed IT, with cybersecurity included in the standard managed service.

Priority line

Call the priority line to start priority onboarding. Tap below to show the number.

Signs worth acting on now

  • Suspicious sign-ins, unexpected password resets or accounts you don’t recognize.
  • Someone clicked a phishing email or entered credentials on a suspicious page.
  • A customer, insurer or vendor is asking security questions you can’t answer.
  • Nobody can say clearly who manages your accounts, devices or backups.
  • Your current IT arrangement isn’t responding to a concern you’ve raised.

What priority onboarding means

Your business moves to the front of ProIncident’s onboarding queue. Onboarding is the same structured project every client receives, with security and backups reviewed as part of establishing management.

Cybersecurity is included in the standard managed service, with protection for people, accounts, devices, email and data.

In the middle of an active incident?

ProIncident does not provide standalone incident response for businesses that are not yet clients. If you believe an attack is underway, contact your cyber insurer’s claims or breach line if you have one, and report the incident to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3.gov) or CISA (cisa.gov/report).

What to have ready

  • What you noticed and when.
  • The number of users and the locations you operate from.
  • Who currently holds administrative access to Microsoft 365 and other key accounts.
  • Your current IT provider, if you have one, and the terms of that agreement.
